Welcome to our Physical Education Program at North Cape School. The objectives of our program are to:
Teach the importance of taking charge of your own health.
To find enjoyable activities to participate in for exercise, relaxation, and fitness.
Practice good health and fitness habits.
Our curriculum consists of a wide variety of activities in team and lifetime sports. You need not be a skilled athlete to receive a high mark in this course. The body is an important component which affects an adolescent’s self-esteem. We are optimistic that our physical education program will help students feel better about themselves while they improve upon their health and fitness.
